A lifelong resident of Xenia, Dean served as a Xenia City Councilman, where he was dedicated to enhancing the community and representing the interests of local residents. In addition to his career in public service, Levi is the co-owner of Dean’s Plumbing, which he operates alongside three of his siblings. Under his leadership, the family-owned business has built a reputation for quality service, integrity, and professionalism throughout the area.

As one of ten children and the son of former Representative Bill Dean, Levi grew up with a strong sense of community and civic duty. Guided by his core values of entrepreneurship, work ethic, family, and faith, he strives to positively impact district 71 through both his business and public service endeavors.

Dean resides in Xenia with his wife, Kristina, and they attend Dayton Avenue Baptist Church. In his free time, he enjoys reading, playing sand volleyball, and competing in ultimate frisbee. Notably, he met his wife while ballroom dancing, a shared passion they continue to enjoy.
