Senatorial districts are comprised of up to three (3) House districts. Below you will see both the Senate and House of Representative districts grouped together based on the geographical region they represent (constituent panel). We have grouped the representatives in this way to better illustrate the fact the group/panel represent the same constituency.
Congressional districts are intended to be drawn in way that has both equal population and geographical location to ensure both equal represenation across the state, while also keeping all consistutents in close enough proximty to each other to they are only voting for their own self interests. It would not be just or truely democratic if your vote had no impact to you, only to others. For more information, see How Districts Work.
