State Representative Thomas Hall is serving his third term in the Ohio House of Representatives. He represents the 46th District, which encompasses eastern portions of Butler County including Monroe, Middletown and also the central portion of New Miami.

Hall serves as the Chairman of the House Government Oversight Committee. Additionally, Hall serves on the House Energy, Finance, and Public Safety committees.

A Butler County native, Representative Hall graduated from Madison High School in 2014 and later earned a bachelor’s degree in Small Business Management at Miami University. He was elected to serve as a Madison Township Trustee in 2015 and was re-elected in 2017. Elected State Representative at 25, he was the youngest legislator that served in the state legislature during the 134th and 135th General Assemblies.

Representative Hall previously served as a board member to Middletown Area YMCA and has held roles with United Way, Action Council, and the Butler County Township Association. He is also a part-time volunteer fireman. He often references firefighting as “the best job in the world”.

He continues to focus on legislation to deliver property tax relief, be a strong voice for first responders, and modernize government to better serve taxpayers while saving resources and time.
