Rep. Lett is a Hilliard native and graduated from Hilliard Davidson High School. After studying political science at The Ohio State University, Crystal became a case manager at North Central Mental Health (NCMH), where she became passionate about helping children. Her work became even more personal when her eldest son was diagnosed with a complex genetic disorder. While caring for her son, Rep. Lett dedicated her time to fighting for people dealing with the tribulations of mental illness. Since then, Rep. Lett has managed a psychological practice, become an advocate for mental health policy, and started The Salon Lab—a bipartisan organization that serves as an entry point for women interested in politics.

Rep. Lett serves as ranking member on the House Children and Human Services Committee, and also sits on the House Medicaid Committee and House Small Business Committee. As a legislator, Rep. Lett’s top priorities are making parenthood more equitable, expanding our community’s mental health resources, advocating for our public schools, and preserving the dignity of every Ohioan to be able to live in our beautiful state.
